Josh is a licensed residential contractor and third generation builder. He has been working on jobsites and gaining hands on experience since the age of 12. He built his first house as a general contractor at age 18. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University, earning a B.B.A. with a Finance major. He has over 20 years of general contracting experience, yet strives each day to expand his skillset and knowledge base.
Jim is Josh's dad and an exceptional builder in his own right. After attending Michigan State University, he began his building career in 1973. He has a wide range of construction experience. In addition to being a licensed contractor, he is a licensed mechanical contractor, an accomplished house designer, a member of his local planning commission, and the Treasurer for his local municipality.
